What begins as a modern dating comedy with a polyamorous twist, evolves into a tender story of mysticism; where grief opens the door to a queer awakening and a love that transcends the physical world.

@ZombieJoes"Soulmate was born from a place of profound vulnerability as a gift for my closest friend, Shannon Wong. The story was created during one of the most difficult moments of my life. After losing both my job and my relationship, the life I had known for the past decade evaporated, leaving me with nothing more to lose. From that desolation, I poured my heart into the writing and music of Soulmate, weaving together the deepest parts of both Shannon and myself. With raw honesty and breathtaking artistry, she has breathed life into its performance, embodying its spirit through every movement and vocal expression."— Douglas Clarke

Starring the mesmerizing Shannon Wong, Soulmate has captivated audiences with its raw intensity, unfiltered expressionism, and bold exploration of love, loss, passion, and triumph. Known worldwide for pushing artistic boundaries, ZJU has once again surprised and challenged theatergoers with the play's provocative themes and striking imagery. We can't wait to share this unforgettable experience with New York City!"— Zombie Joe
